With extensive experience in finance, compliance and due diligence, Josh leads Overture with a high level of scrutiny and a deep understanding of how businesses and individuals make use of finance.
Josh also brings the advantage of a lifelong commitment to ethical business. He is currently a Certified Fraud Examiner, a Member of the Institute of Business Ethics, and on the Fraud Advisory Panel.
